K•Prene® urethane manufactured in a
wide range of durometers / hardnesses by
Acrotech Inc. features
excellent resistance to abrasion... so it
will meet the demands of many wood industry
applications! |

 These feature 3 or 6 bolt mounting styles and are offered in several sizes covering a broad line of molders, re-saws, feeders, etc. They are stocked in 80A durometer or can be produced with softer or harder formulas, for increased feed or abrasion characteristics.

K-Prene® urethane tires not only feature better abrasion resistance, but will feed a wider variety of stock than rubber tires which are standard on most power feeders. Stocked DURO will be shipped unless you request otherwise. |
These replacement parts will fit most power feed systems. Along with the performance benefits of a urethane tire, replacement of worn out tires is easy. Just cut and peel the worn tire off the hub and press on a new one! Tires are stocked in 60A and 70A durometer.

| Pressing tires onto the aluminum hubs requires a bench vise or small press. Our installation tooling simplifies the procedure. |

Two grades of tough K-Prene® urethane are permanently bonded together resulting in a hard anti-friction bearing with a softer outer tire that often outperforms original parts. ID's, OD's, and profile can be machined to your specifications. Standard sizes stocked with 90A tire. Custom sizes, shapes, and formulations available.

When the rubber tires on your power
feeder need to be replaced, another
option is to send them to ACROTECH
for recovering. We will remove the
worn out rubber and re-cover the hubs
