Three Vertical Rolling Machines
Acrotech Inc. Is currently producing three vertical rollers for a special application customer. A short while back we had a customer contact us with the desire to make a special part consisting of a half round strip of stainless steel metal with a clamping system on it. They sent in prototypes of the band and had us roll several different diameters. They liked the outcome so much that they decided on three urethane vertical rolling machines (Acrotech V-1006) for their new product line. With these rollers they will be spitting out parts at a blazing 22 Feet Per Minute. (not including feed time) The best thing about the vertical rollers is that they release the part much quicker than our standard rolling machines allowing for more parts per hour than most any other machine on the market.
