Thin Urethane Sheets

Acrotech Inc. is known for all kinds of urethane manufacturing, especially custom urethane molds, custom urethane and sheet metal roll benders. One thing that the general public probably doesn’t know about Acrotech Inc. is that we manufacture mass quantities of precision cast urethane sheets. and our thinnest in the lineup is 1/16 of an inch! You guessed it, YES we stock this size on a normal everyday basis. This material can be used for so many different things, gaskets, seals, pads, liners, the list goes on. At only 1/16″ Thick this sheet is still highly durable and extremely strong and tear resistant. Available in any standard durometer this thin material is also very versatile, easy to cut and use. If you think its not thin enough for your application we have gone thinner and have done 1/32″ sheets that were custom to a very large client.
