Any size or shape insert can be produced by our state-of-the-art machine shop.
Specialty Processing– Different durometers can be bonded together.
Our machine shop offers the capabilities for secondary machining to tight tolerances and profiling.
Several K•Prene® formulations are FDA Approved for use in food processing and medical industry applications.
K•Prene® polyurethane can be cast onto the metal inserts and achieve excellent adhesion.
For less demanding needs – AcroKast® offers the rigidity of a structural plastic and the cost-effectiveness of liquid casting.
