Urethane Cleaned and Inspected Before Shipping

Our urethane is highly inspected post pour both according to the customers specifications and our high standards. Sometimes when the urethane comes out of the molds there is some flash that needs removal. While our molds are extremely tight and defect free, flash does happen from time to time simply based on the part design. Reports from our customers in the past have stated that the flash from other urethane suppliers does not get removed and we are always constantly reminded that we do such a good job with prep and finish of our product.
